Layer1Printing started the way most of its products do: with a real problem that off-the-shelf gear didn’t solve. A roof box with nowhere to live in the garage. A Starlink Mini with no way to run with the power tool batteries you already own. A case fan bracket the manufacturer never made.

Every product here is designed, printed, tested, packed, and supported by one person. I’m a solo maker focused on practical, functional design, which means every material choice is intentional, tolerances are checked against real hardware, and when you reach out with a question, the person who designed the product is the one answering.
